Robert Pattinson Arrives at Anticipated “Cosmopolis” NYC Premiere
Making for quite the fan frenzied event, the stars of “Cosmopolis” gathered together for the New York City premiere on Monday evening (August 13).
The Museum of Modern Art spectacle was stacked full of awaiting Robert Pattinson fans as the “Twilight” hunk made his first appearance since news broke about the shocking affair involving Kristen Stewart and her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders.
Looking dapper in a perfectly fitted suit, the 26-year-old star made his way down the red carpet and looked happily solo on his big night out.
In an interview with Premiere, Robert spoke about the David Cronenberg directed film, saying, “shooting “Cosmopolis” with Cronenberg changed something in me. It gave me balls,” adding, “Before, I used to doubt [myself] all the time. When I was reading a script, I would annoy myself, wondering if I was worth the role or if I could do it. Now, I tell myself: “F*** it! If they’re ready to hire me, go for it.”
The highly anticipated drama revolves around a 28-year-old billionaire who is riding around Manhattan in order to get a haircut, but ends up finding himself in an odyssey of characters that start to tear his world apart.
