On reprising the role the exotic dancer, Jade:
“[Director-writer-producer] Todd Phillips sent me an email! It was really fun to see everyone again; it felt a little like a reunion. Everything’s different in away because the movies they’ve done since the first ‘Hangover’ have all been so successful, but everything’s also exactly the same.”
On Jade’s changed personality:
“Night and day. My character is completely different and in a totally different circumstance. She’s not a stripper anymore.”
On the movie’s tagline “It all ends”:
“They say that, but you never know. In five years maybe they’ll be like, ‘Let’s make another bajillion dollars. I have spent all that money!’ But Todd probably can’t spend all that money because he made a lot.”
On thoughts about Sin City:
“I’m not really a big Vegas person. I’m more, ‘Let me go to a yoga retreat and do yoga three hours a day.’ I’ve definitely gone and partied, but I kind of hate Vegas, to be honest. It’s kind of disturbing.”

On her parent’s initial lack of support:
“After their struggle, they just really wanted to see me struggle in a different way, in a more obvious way, something they could understand- she’s at college struggling, but then she will be a banker or a doctor. They understood that.”
On her brother’s support:
“My brother, John, let me stay in his apartment. There was no kitchen, it was just a room, and I slept on the floor with him, while his roommate was on a bunk bed. He also paid off my credit card from college. Without him, I don’t think I could have taken [acting] on.”
On her acting woes:
“I wish people wouldn’t just see me as the Asian girl who beats everyone up, or the Asian girl with no emotion. People see Julia Roberts or Sandra Bullock in a romantic comedy, but not me. You add race to it, and it became, ‘Well, she’s too Asian,’ or ‘She’s too American.’ I kind of got pushed out of both categories. It’s a very strange place to be. You’re not Asian enough and then you’re not American enough, so it gets really frustrating.”

Tyler Perry On the importance of friendship:
“The most important thing about coming together was making sure we would not lose our friendship because of the business. We have to established ground rules. The main one: Both of us have to continue to live in our truth. If she doesn’t like something, say it. If I don’t like something, I’ll say it. And we’ll figure it out and keep moving on.”
Oprah Winfrey On working with Tyler:
“We both know how rare this is. Where else in the history of our African-American culture have two really, really successful people who can do whatever they want said, ‘Let’s come together and be more powerful – let’s take it to the tenth power?’”

It’s been well over a year since she completed her rehab program, and Demi Lovato hasn’t forgotten the lessons she learned as a result of her crazy ways.
The “Skyscraper” songstress is featured on the cover of Company magazine’s June 2013 issue, noting that she lost most of her friends during her time away.
“A couple of months before I went to rehab, I had a birthday party and there were a couple of hundred people there. It was full of people who I considered my closest friends.”
However, that all changed pretty quickly- “When I turned my phone on after being in rehab for three months, I expected lots of text messages and phone calls. I had four texts. That was a wake up call.”
“Now I have people who, if I break my leg in the middle of the night, they’ll come to the hospital with me. Or they’ll answer the phone at 4 a.m. if I need them.”

On enjoying life across the pond:
“I love London – it’s my adopted home. Being an American woman living in Britain, there are things I’ve had to catch up on, though. Chris had to explain Blue Peter to me! In London, the kids and I really take advantage of the city. I have them on the tube, in the museums, in St James’ Park, the theater. I use that city so much – I want them exposed to it.”
“It’s hard being married. You go through great times, you go through terrible times. We’re the same as any couple. I asked my dad once, ‘How did you and mom stay married for 33 years?’ and he said, ‘Well we never wanted to get divorced at the same time.’ And I think that’s what happened. When two people throw in the towel at the same, then you break up, but if one person’s saying, ‘Come on, we can do this,’ you carry on.”
On how she approaches her and Chris’ relationship:
“I’m a very grounded, homey person and Chris is a very mad scientist, genius songwriter. So I never say, ‘Where are you? You should be home by now.’ I never place demands on him because I think he’s a really talented man and he’s putting something good into the world.”
Her whole life has been on full display for years now, and Khloe Kardashian opens up about some of her insecurities in the June 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan UK.
Given that her family’s image is so important, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet has struggled with comparing herself to her always-camera-ready siblings.
Khloe confessed, “I’ve always known that I’m not Kim and I’m not Kourtney — I’ve always been OK with that. I probably thought I was prettier before I entered the spotlight because being compared to somebody else every day does sort of beat up your spirit and soul. But it’s made me stronger.”
“[Once I] was in the spotlight, I was quickly criticized for not being a cookie-cutter sister like Kourtney and Kim. I want to say I don’t care, but of course [comments about my body] are going to sting. I have to do whatever is good for me… I feel that I’m healthier [now], but I don’t think I’m prettier [or] thinner.”
Kardashian continued, “[Given the public bullying] I understand why so many people in this industry have eating disorders or want plastic surgery. I’m proud I’ve done things the healthy way and haven’t felt bullied into having my face operated on. I’m not against it. When I’m older, you never know.”
As for her troubles conceiving a child, Khloe noted, “I just wanted to be, ‘Hey, let’s have a baby,’ and we would just have one. Kourtney did. And I wish that was the way for me. But it won’t be. I’ll have to take hormones. I do want to have a baby, but I don’t feel the urgency to have one this very moment.”
