Jennifer Hudson: Heading Back to American Idol?
She got her start as one of the top 8 finalists on Season 3 of “American Idol,” and now Jennifer Hudson

According to an inside source, the “You Pulled Me Through” songstress has already received an offer from the FOX show, though nothing has been officially confirmed.
Given the sagging ratings during Season 12, “American Idol” is set for a total overhaul including the judges’ table and the format.
And with Randy Jackson, Keith Urban, Mariah Carey, and Nicki Minaj all making their exit, Hudson would have a clean slate waiting for her.

The last judge to call it quits, Randy Jackson, told E! news, “Yo! Yo! Yo! To put all of the speculation to the rest, after 12 years of judging on American Idol I have decided it is time to leave after this season. I am very proud of how we forever changed television and the music industry. “American Idol” Judges: Getting Fired?!
Usually it’s the contestants who worry for their future, but it seems the judges over at “American Idol” may all be getting the axe once Season 12 is over.
An inside source claims that Nicki Minaj, Keith Urban, Mariah Carey, and Randy Jackson will all get their walking papers given the show’s dwindling ratings.
“All four are gone. They feel they’ve lost their core audience and they want it back. No more big checks for divas,” stated the snitch.
And the house-cleaning trend doesn’t stop at the judges’ table- producer Nigel Lythgoe is also said to be getting the boot as well.
