Enjoying some post-Christmas shopping, Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy hit the shops of Aspen, CO on Wednesday (December 26).

The “Bride Wars” blonde stayed warm in a cozy black hoodie with a skull scarf and furry black snowboots, as she and her main man musician grabbed coffee from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

The couple continued their Boxing Day outing by ducking into a ski shop and emerging with some snowboarding gear.

Kate and Matt were in town to celebrate Christmas with her mom, Goldie Hawn, and stepfather, Kurt Russell.

After losing her 14-year-old poodle, Pearl, this fall, Miranda Cosgrove is ready to give her heart to another.

On Friday, the “iCarly” star tweeted a photo of her adorable new pup with the caption, “Most amazing surprise early Christmas gift #penny #inlove.”

The black and white furball is already a Twitter star, as the 19-year-old has been sharing her puppyhood with her fans.

And while Penny is ready to make new memories with her proud owner, Miranda will always have a place in her heart for Pearl. She told PEOPLE, “She was a part of our family, and because I was an only child, she was a really big part of my life. Every time I look back on a memory, she was there.”

Christmas Box Office: “Les Miserables” is the Hottest Holiday Ticket

Breaking the advance ticket sales record for a Christmas Day release, “Les Miserables” leapt atop the specialty holiday box office on Tuesday, December 25, 2012.

Starring Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe and Hugh Jackman, the big screen adaptation of the Broadway musical is expected to take in approximately $ 17.5 million on its first day in theaters.

Coming in at number two with an estimated $ 11.2 million in earnings looks to be the Quentin Tarantino directed, Leonardo DiCaprio fronted action thriller “Django Unchained.”

Rounding out the Christmas box office in estimated earnings were previous frontrunner “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” in third ($ 9 million), the newly released comedy “Parental Guidance” in fourth ($ 5.5 million), and the Tom Cruise led crime/thriller “Jack Reacher” ($ 4.5 million) in fifth.

Offering up confirmation to recent reports regarding another addition to the family, Jessica Simpson has acknowledged that she’s once again got a bun in the oven!

The “Dukes of Hazzard” darling made the baby on board rumors official with a Christmas Day (December 25) photo posted on Twitter.

The adorable shot featured her baby girl, Maxwell, situated on the beach alongside the sand scrawled words “BIG SIS” with an accompanying caption reading, “Merry Christmas from my family to yours!”

Miss Simpson’s holiday revelation comes just seven months after she and husband Eric Johnson became first-time parents to little Maxwell back in May 2012.
