The 30-year-old “One Tree Hill” actress looked pretty in print as she sported floral skinny jeans, a black tank top and sunglasses while chatting on her phone.
In personal news, Miss Bush has never been quiet about her opinion on equal rights and today she spoke out on the Republicans stance on rape.
The brunette beauty wrote, “I am honestly nauseous b/c of all these Rep. men defending rape/rape pregnancy. Gents, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHAT IT MEANS. #BackOffMyUterus.” Later adding, “Rape, sexual assault, any time a woman is harassed against her will — it’s ALL legitimate. And horrifying. How dare anyone say otherwise. “
Miss Bush had re-tweeted this post that started her rant: “BREAKING: Tom Smith, GOP Senate Candidate in Pennsylvania just said that pregnancy from rape is similar to “having a baby out of wedlock.”

Taking full advantage of the Big Apple’s shopping opportunities, Jennifer Garner made some purchases at Prada 5th Avenue in Manhattan today (August 14).
The “Catch and Release” actress looked cute and casual in a striped sweater and jeans as she quickly made her way back to her hotel to avoid the rainy weather.
In her new movie “The Odd Life of Timothy Green,” Jennifer plays the mother of a child that was grown in her garden, and she recently told FOX Pop Tarts that she hasn’t always been the laid back mom of three that she is today.
“(My parenting style) evolves all the time. With my first child I was a little more like Cindy Green in this movie, who is just obsessively trying to make sure her child is happy at every moment and always trying to control his environment and make sure he has everything he might possibly need.”
Jen added, “I was just a little bit neurotic as many first-time moms can be. You learn to let go of some of that, when you are working the hardest sometimes you are making it the hardest for your child too, and you just chill out a bit. I went from having a diaper bag packed with fifteen diapers, and ten changes of clothes and every kind of rash cream to throwing a diaper in my purse and being like, ‘yeah, we will figure out the rest. It’s good.’”

The “Party in the USA” songstress paid a visit to her hair stylist on Sunday (August 12) where she dramatically altered her coif, bleaching it out and cutting it super-short.
And of course, the whole thing was documented by Miley on her Twitter account, complete with photos and commentary.
Miley tweeted, “Never felt more me in my whole life,” when all was complete. Prior to the chop, Cyrus shared, “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all. my hair is attached to my head no one else’s and it’s going bye bye!

After a four-year hiatus, Jesse McCartney finally debuted his new song “Out of Words” from the upcoming album Have it All.
The “Beautiful Soul” singer surprised his Twitter followers with a free download of the song last Wednesday after explaining, “This Out of Words track leaked a few days ago,” adding, ” ya can’t fight the internet.”
In the upbeat release Jesse belts out the lyrics, “I could sing a million songs in perfect key, and I could perform a Broadway show up on a stage But in front of you my mind goes blank.”
