Lindsay Lohan’s general demeanour these days suggests that she is ready to forget the past and turn over a new leaf. But on Tuesday evening, she revisited a very significant subject of her past life and led people to believe that she is still the same LiLo.

X17online has reported that the 25-year-old actress showed up at NYC’s famous nightclub Le Baron with her former girlfriend Samantha Ronson. The website’s eyewitness sources told them that the former lovers whispered, laughed, held each other’s hands like they once used to, and didn’t seem to care what the onlookers thought of them.

The source added: “It was just like the old days — they couldn’t get enough of each other!”

Lohan and Ronson had first started their same-sex relationship in 2007 but then broke up two years later. Their split wasn’t amicable by any means, the proof of which was their infamous verbal battles on Twitter.

They briefly rekindled their love affair last year but Lohan’s personal life was in tatters at that time and so their second attempt at having a relationship also didn’t last long.

In February 2011, Ronson, who is a DJ by profession, had tweeted: “Watching grey’s anatomy — my favorite show. @lindsaylohan sleeping next 2 me — should i wake her up to let her know her mom is going on GMA?”

Both Lohan and Ronson have been in the headlines of late, although for totally different reasons. The “Freaky Friday” star has recently been accused of committing a hit-and-run felony in LA and as always, she denies any wrongdoing on her part. Ronson on the other hand, recently released her new song “Summer of Sam” and is getting a lot of media attention for that reason.
