Eva Longoria Unconvincingly Denies Desperate Housewives Feud

Eva Longoria on Dave LettermanSome news agencies recently claimed that there is a feud going on between Teri Hatcher and the rest of her “Desperate Housewives” co-stars. Their suspicion stemmed from the fact that the parting ‘Thank You’ card that the show’s stars gave to the crew members, had the names of Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross, Felicity Huffman and Vanessa Williams, but there was no mention of Hatcher.

When Longoria showed up at the “Late Show with David Letterman,” the program’s host touched the subject and tried to get the truth out, but Instead of going into detail or assuring everyone that reports of rifts between them are just rumours, Longoria simply said: “We all get along.”Teri Hatcher

The 37-year-old actress’ reluctance to discuss the issue further fuelled the suspicion of entertainment bloggers around the world.

Desperate Housewives CastCelebrity news website Celebuzz.com had earlier reported that Longoria and company gifted carry-on luggage to all the crew members of “Desperate Housewives” after the last scene of their series finale was shot. The card accompanying the gift had all the surviving Housewives’ names except Hatcher’s.

The message on the card read: “Just know that on all your future adventures you are carrying a little piece of our love and gratitude. Thank you for a magical 8 years.”

The names “Eva, Marcia, Felicity and Vanessa” followed the aforementioned message.

When Celebuzz’s reporters approached a “Desperate Housewives” insider for a comment on the situation, they were told: “The girls don’t get along with Teri so they organized this and left her out.”
